Out-there Artisan is the vision of Eilidh Cox, a local lass who has returned to her roots in the Scottish Borders after a career taking her all over the UK managing pubs, bars and restaurants. After two years of taking her wild crafted drinks to festivals and events in the ‘Big Green Van’ she has created a permanent home for Out-there Artisan in order to showcase great local produce and a passion for the natural world.
